The Experience: Prepare & deliver holiday meals with ECAP! ECAP volunteers will be preparing 1500 Turkey dinners at ECCL (Emeryville High School) then delivering them to the housing insecure throughout the East Bay – homeless and senior encampments and transitional housing in the Emeryville, Oakland and Berkeley areas,.
